Exo Calf Shape
The Exo Calf Shape is a prosthetic leg cover designed to be used on below knee lower limb prostheses. The unique, tailor-made design adds shape and individuality to your prosthetic limb.
Exo Calf Shape
Every Exo Calf Shape starts with an individual’s measurements, from these we use 3D CAD software to create a model file. This model file is then sent to a 3D printer to be manufactured. Once printed the Exo Calf Shape goes through processing and quality checks before being sent to be finished with the chosen hydrographic pattern.
Shin tube & blade attachment
The Exo Calf Shape clamps to the prosthetic limb at the shin tube or blade, using two stainless steel fastenings. This securely attaches the Exo Calf Shape to the prosthesis, whilst also allowing easy removal when required. We can accommodate all prosthetic shin tube diameters or carbon fibre blade thicknesses.
Advanced alignment option
At Exo Prosthetics we offer an advanced alignment option; this includes a set of alignment shims allowing a 3 or 5 degree tilt, 3mm of shift and full rotation of the Exo Calf Shape to optimise its fit. The advanced alignment option allows for adjustment to maintain an optimal fit when used with a different prosthetic socket or foot.
